Service description
Commenzer provides conversation intelligence for professionals who want to find relevant public conversations, benchmark their public voice, and decide where their words may create leverage.
Informational service
Commenzer provides decision support only. Benchmarks, conversation recommendations, scoring, summaries, and suggested angles are informational outputs. They are not professional, legal, financial, investment, employment, or reputational advice.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee profile views, leads, replies, revenue, reputation improvement, or any other commercial result. A recommendation means that a conversation may be worth reviewing. It does not mean that action will produce a specific outcome.
User responsibility
You remain responsible for any post, comment, message, reply, or other action you decide to take. Commenzer does not post or engage on your behalf.
Acceptable use
You must not use Commenzer to harass people, spam conversations, misrepresent yourself, scrape restricted data, violate platform rules, or attempt to identify anonymised peer data. You must not use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaches applicable law.
Availability
We aim to keep Commenzer available and reliable. Access may be unavailable at times for maintenance, security, misuse prevention, or operational reasons.
Intellectual property
Commenzer owns the website, service design, benchmark formats, methodology, copy, software, and related materials unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service output as a competing service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commenzer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the website or service.
